Residents, advisors, and visitors will experience and help refine the technologies that will enable sustainable living on Earth and beyond.

A suite of organizational and social tools and networks that reimagine how people work and live. We're developing digital platforms that facilitate coordination, resource optimization, and multi-level governance. These tools will be essential for enabling complex habitats, distributed communities, and personal independence.
Helix
Closed and near-closed loop greenhouses designed for growing foods in any climate or light level. These modular units are designed to operate in extreme environments and will recycle water and nutrients while providing optimal growing conditions by leveraging and supplementing available natural conditions.
